We always want to meet our customers’ request, we currently offer a 30 days returns policy and 2 year guarantee on products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please refer to our return and exchange policy as below.

1. Request for the returned or exchanged items

a. The customer has to contact us to get a return authorization (return address) or exchange authorization within 30 days from the delivered date. if you want to return / exchange your purchase.

b. Items received unused, not in damaged (only when the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt);

c. Items received in original packaging, In particular, the original invoice is a must.


1. You will need to test your Lights, battery, switch, control firstly, Did this test resolve the issue?
2. For Made-To-Order, Custom-made Product if there is no quality problem, we do not offer return & exchange service.
3. Shipping fee is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
4. Unfortunately we cannot accept returned parcels sent freight collect or COD (Collect of Delivery).
5. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days upon receipt.

You can contact us  get a return authorization,  please leave your Order No. and return reason, so that we can help you more efficiently.

However you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own.

4. Exchange Guidelines:

Exchange is available if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days upon receipt.

Please contact us  for help,

Free for the exchange, but you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own. After we receive the item, we will arrange new free shipping to you at the first time.

5. How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?

Once we have received your package, if you ask for return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. If you ask for exchange, exchange will be sent in 3 days when we get the returned items. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
