Organisational Profile

Synchro Stars was born out of a need to progress the sport of Synchronized Swimmming in Jamaica, while maximising the atheles's full potential. As such, the Board beleived that a critical starting point must be the Mission, Vision and the Pledge of all Synchro Stars Members.

Mission Statement

To manage, serve and promote excellence in the sport of Synchronized Swimming in Jamaica, while facilitating and encouraging its members by providing opportunities for personal growth, social development and improved physical health; all through programmes designed by qualified professionals for athletes with various levels of abilities and commitment, whilst adhering to international standards, with the help of families, coach(es) and executives.
